  2. Well I need it for web dev not really games, do you think I will be able to that with a ram upgrade?
  3. Hey everyone Recently I asked for recommendation on a new rig and it was awesome, I know what I am getting but also the price for that is about 1k which is not bad for a decent rig for web development and programming. However someone gifted me a MBP mid 2010 and I was wonder if I should upgrade the ram and ssd or if its not even worse it considering the shitting proc that it has. I will attach a picture of the machine any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
  4. Yea the compiling part is the most important to me.

  7. Thats true, i guess i didnt know the older card perform better.
  8. my goal is to go to 32gb which i know is overkill but should i just buy 2x 16gb then? other i would need 4x 8gb.
  9. I looked into that but i see that the 980ti are between $190 and $250 wouldn't it be better to just put a newer card for future proof?
