Hi, Ive got an Acer X34P which i really like. Recently i decided to use a spare monitor which i have had laying around for few years and have dual monitors. Its an AOC G2460PG. Its a g-sync monitor 144hz and also has a sRGB mode. Oh my god the colors are awesome in this mode, the whites are really white, the blacks are really dark. It makes my X34P colors look washed out. Ive tried various color setting which ive found online but nothing is like this sRGB mode on my old AOC. I dont want the colors to be perfect, i like my games bright, and rich in color like on the AOC. Have you guys got any idea on settings or how i could calibrate it. Any tips/advise would be most appreciated. Cheers

Hi all, Ive got a sennheiser GSX1000 DAC and i use Sennheiser game one headset. The problem im having from time to time is that the sound format keeps switching back to default (stereo) from 7.1 surround which i set it to. This happens most of the time but not always after i restart PC and i have to go into sound settings select speaker type, then select adavance and switch to 16 bit dvd quality. Then go back and configure speaker setup to 7.1. And then it will stay like that until i restart PC and like i say most of the time its goes back to its default setting which is stereo speakers and 24 bit studio quality. Aint no big deal but its annoying. Is there any ideas you could recommend so i dont have to do this most of the time. Once its setup its done or until i chnage it otherwise. Many thanks for any help

Hey all, I'm gonna be building a new system soon. I'm gonna be going for i7 8700k. What are the best coolers to use? At moment I'm thinking AIO corsair 150i. Also what temperatures should I be looking for if I overclock it to bout 4.8ghz. Thanks in advance

Hi, Thanks for reply It will be only gaming im doing at 1080p on an AOC g-sync monitor at 144hz. Im in the UK and love my PC gaming. So it will cost whatever it costs as for the budget.

Hi all, Im looking to build a new gaming PC in next few months. Is it worth getting a nvidia 1080ti or wait a bit for new graphics cards come out. But i dont know when they be due out. Thanks for any advice

Hi all, Hope you can help me. I ve a G sync monitor and most of my games run at around 60 to 90fps. Question is what refresh rate should i have my monitor and games set to. AT the moment im just running everything at 144hz as i thought this would be smoother. G sync is turned on. But just wanted to know if this is correct setup or should i set all games to 60fps and set monitor to 60hz for best results. Many thanks for your help and advice.

Thought as much cheers. Although i forgot to mention that he has overclocked it and his CPU is running 4.2ghz. But thats not goin to make much difference is it?

Hey all, Wounder if you could help settle a little debate between my mate and myself about our CPU's. We both have very simular pc's. My build is asus z97i plus MB Intel 4790k (4ghz), EVGA GTX 980, 16GB ram, Samsung Evo, WD Black 2TB HD. My mates build 10gb ram, asus gtx 980, samsung evo pro ssd with intel 980x CPU. My mate is rufusing to compare any benchmark with mine but still says his PC is so much faster. But the way i see it is the 980x is bit old now, getting on 7 years even with 6 core. Am i right in thinking my CPU is better? Any links to sites proving this would be great as i shall send them to him lol Cheers all
