    Well thats maybe the issue, Its a 290 thats like 3 years old. i'm pretty sure its on the way out Go for the 390X as its a beast Or a 980

    Maybe its the driver too, sometimes driver crashes can cause some weird artifacts. Like with the 364.72 driver for Nvidia made my GTA 5 look like a yellow mess

    Those look like graphical artifacts, have you overclocked your card? maybe your card is on the way out? What power supply do you have? Hope this helps

    I'm sure it was just your antivirus trying to do a scan and while doing that the hard drive went from 5200 rpm to 7200 rpm so it would be faster. Hope this helps

    It's just very unstable, and i'm not sure if its just boogus but people have said it has caused their systems to flat out not boot because of it. and some even claim it corrupted their OS. Well it locked my core clock at 1113Mhz and it was making my cards fans spin like crazy xD. So ye don't use the new one

    Oooo nooo, don't use the latest driver from Nvidia as it's just... its evil. Install the 361.75 driver instead as the 364.72 is very evil. Hope this helps

    Try getting a vacuum cleaner and putting it in reverse. I do that and it works like a charm! Or get an air compressor. Hope this helps

    Try another power supply. I know that those issues can be power supply related. It might be driver related try installing the Nvidia 364.72 is the death of Nvidia cards xD. I know my answer might not help but hey it might just do. Hope this helps

    Noise depends on the pumps and the fans they use. I'd go for the X61 as i heard the pump noise is very low. But hey i'm no expert as i'm rocking a Hyper 212 Evo Hope this helps

    No it wont affect the fps too much. Of course maybe 5fps to 10 fps difference as the GPU is rendering other things on the screens. But apart from that it should be fine! Just don't watch a youtube video while playing a game xD. that usually doesn't work well.

    You can play games at 1080p With 2GB but with 3 monitors in eyefinity essentially 3K definitely no no xD. But if you use one monitor to play games and use the other 2 for skype or teamspeak then it would work yes! Hope this helps
