Alright ill probably just color em with sharpies since theres only like 2 wires that really show. Thanks for advice guys

I have built most of my pc but i just noticed how ugly the colored 24pin and 8pin cpu power connectors look. Any solutions that dont invole purchasing extentions or a new psu?. I could color the wires black with a sharpy if that wont ruin them. Just need some advice. The cables are sleaved but not all the way and it looks really ugly on the tips

Im sure none of it got onto the components. I sprayed like some on the papertowel and some on the cpu (like a drop size amount on the cpu.)

1. i used axe spray and papertowel to clean my cpu, i dont have any cooler on it at the moment, would i need to clean it again with isopropal alchohol or no? 2. do fans running mean the pc works? i tested my mobo ram and cpu and cooler by seeing if the fans work, and they work. there was no screen available to test with so

flight sim x is one Ill definitely be playing alot. other than that probably like minecraft multiplayer, the escapists. I know those will run on it but i guess ill have to see about bf3 and far cry 3 later . Its all good though, ill just torrent farcry first to see if it will actually run. And I got bf3 for free on this origin weekend offer anyways

I have my parts for a pc, well everything except the graphics card. I was going with the 270x but Im going to have to wait like 3 months to be able to get it. So Instead I got this cheap gpu (the radeon hd 5450 sapphire) and I just want to know what Ill be looking at performance wise on a 1024x 720 monitor with like far cry 3, battlefield 3? on low settings. all I need is like 30 fps and Im happy until I get my 270x. My cpu is a amd athlon x4 860k at stock. ssd is a m500 240gb ram is 8gb of gskill ram 1600mhz psu is 600wat evga 600b and case is a corsair spec 01. i really only bought the graphics card to be able to see if my parts work because you know.. I cant wait 3 months just to find out that something is dead or not working. so yea just needa know how much performance it will give me until I get my actual gpu. thanks

um... please explain to me, how exactly is an i5 clocked at 3.3ghz with 4 cores better than a 6core amd cpu thats probably gonna be overclocked to 4.2ghz?

Just curious, for those of you who have/had an athlon 860k, what were you able to get it to over clock to with or without after market cooling? what were the voltages and such? I'm trying to Overclock mine and I need to see what people got it to so I can start somewhere beneath there and see if i can get it to that level
