Yes, sadly that didn't work either, every time i tried to force update it still asked me to plug the usb and headset in (which it was), and it seems like the reset button doesn't work...

I recently tried to update the firmware for my G933, but it got stuck, so i just left it overnight but nothing happened, so i tried starting over but nothing would work, no lights, no communication, the only form of life i can see is the mic light, i have tried every fix i could find on the logitech forums, but nothing worked, i tried contacting logitech support but they didn't want to help because i was out of warranty, so now i really don’t know what to do... do anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?
