okay last resort it is lol i guess i'll go buy another flashdrive and try the fresh windows install tomorrow i hope that fixes the issue

im using a msi z170a m5 and i haven't overclocked the cpu or anything its running at 4.0 right now

no i've been trying to make that a last resort i cant find my flash drive lol and i let a friend borrow my external hard drive that i usually store things on

i've done that already its still acting up

so i just upgraded my pc's processor from a old fx 8320 to the new i7 6700k i've downloaded all of the drivers for the motherboard, cpu and my gtx 980 drivers are also updated but im having trouble playing games. i have crazy frame lost and its stutters when i move my mouse, even just watching a youtube video on one of my monitors makes the video lose frames if i move my mouse back and forth rapidly. i mostly play league of legends which isn't a demanding game at all so i shouldn't be having these problems i also checked Ark, csgo, life is strange, tomb raider and and they all have the same problem i ran intel's processors diagnostic tool and it had my cpu under 99% load and here is the interesting part the game started running completely fine no stuttering no frames dips below 100, as long as the cpu was under full load the game didn't stutter or lose frames and i have no clue how to fix the problem please help

i just got a i7 6700k and i cant install the drivers because it says "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software" im using windows 10 and my gtx 980's drivers are already updates plz help

i tried that first lol i cant get my computer to read the drive without crashing lol, i ran a few checks on the HDD and it says it is still healthy, but when i try to edit the drive the folder crashes and my screen goes blank

hey guys i need a little help my little sister's laptop is wont boot up and say it "unmountable boot volume" it's a hp 2000 laptop running windows 10 i have the cds that came with the laptop so my initial plan was to wipe the hard drive and just reinstall a clean version of windows but i cant figure out how to format the hard drive in the bios any help would be much appreciated
