Today my sister went out and bought a new printer (HP Envy 5530) for when she goes to University. It's an ePrinter, meaning it's network configurable, however, this also means that anyone on the network can access the printer and print from it, and when she goes to University she will be accessing it via a public network. It doesn't have an internal password feature/security measure, and I have been tasked with ensuring nobody on the network can use it too. I can send screenshots of options screens, including ones featuring Windows device permissions. All I wish to do is set it up for her laptop and her iPad.
Any advice will do.
Cheers
