  1. Hi LinusTechTips forums Yesterday I tried hooking up my TV as a second screen and I used a DVI to VGA adapter (DVI plugged into the graphics card). When I did this the screen turned on but it's all blurry. Any reason as to why this is happening or any way to fix it? Cheers
  2. You've got it wrong good sir. America: Run in and shoot people and get killed in the first second, yet good communication makes the round usually become a stalemate/clutch situation (usually losing). Europe: Lots of patience and team tactics to get things done, however the only communication you get when solo-queuing is either "cyka" or "kurwa".
  3. Heya So I'm planning on getting the R9 380 at some point but I only have a (Corsair) 500W PSU. Will this be alright or will I need a better one? Cheers -Hawk
  4. Heya I'm always running out and it's a pain to do go out and buy new triple A batteries. The headset requires two. Anyone know how to fix this? Cheers -Hawk
  5. Hiya LTT forums gang Today my sister went out and bought a new printer (HP Envy 5530) for when she goes to University. It's an ePrinter, meaning it's network configurable, however, this also means that anyone on the network can access the printer and print from it, and when she goes to University she will be accessing it via a public network. It doesn't have an internal password feature/security measure, and I have been tasked with ensuring nobody on the network can use it too. I can send screenshots of options screens, including ones featuring Windows device permissions. All I wish to do is set it up for her laptop and her iPad. Any advice will do. Cheers -Hawk
  6. Hey So I look around the forums and I see digital renders of stuff like cases and builds etc etc and I was wondering whether there is any software like that out there? I know there is Google Sketchup but I absolutely despise it. All I wish to do is design some acrylic casings etc. Cheers
  7. Shortly after announcing Halo Online, a group of hackers, called "El Dorito", have managed to get a build of the game before being released anywhere, and have published it on the web. El Dorito have since then published a build of a launcher which aims to make it easier for people to play the game after obtaining the files. ^Courtesy of IGN After posting game files and the "ElDorito" launcher on Github, Microsoft has issued a DMCA request and the Github repository has been taken down, however El Dorito have yet to cease what they are doing. What are your guys' thoughts? Personally I think they are doing a good thing if they continue to great lengths as Microsoft will hopefully respond to the PC community's (outside of Russia) requests to bring Halo to PC. More updates to come as the arrive. 9. Aha okay thanks for the information Also do you know how I can get my default voltage? Cheers
  10. Hey guys So I went to add my Overclocked MSI R7 260X to the GPU database and as I was trying to find the default voltage for my card via the product page, I stumbled upon something which absolutely blew my mind. So apparently my card is running at a default of 6500Mhz on the Memory Clock Speed (FYI I have the OCV1 edition which is the same as that on the product page, they just didn't specify on this section of it). I can only reach 1625Mhz on the Memory Clock. Can someone tell me whether I can genuinely reach 6500Mhz on the Memory Clock? Also could someone tell me what the default voltage of my card is please. Cheers -Hawk
  11. Not painting the RAM? Mind you, you won't really see it often but it'd still be cool!
