  1. thats exactly what I am using, Ryzen Masters.
  2. Hello! Specs: OS: Windows 10 Pro 20H2 CPU: Ryzen 7 3800X CPU Cooler: NZXT X62 Kraken RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200Mhz GPU: RTX 2080 Super MOBO: Asus ROG STRIX X470-F Gaming So over the course of the last year, a lot has changed for zen 2, from lots of bios updates, and chipset updates, so I have a few questions that I need to be answered if you guys don't mind. Is there a special power plan for windows that I should be using for optimal temperature/performance? Right now I am using the Ryzen Balanced power plan that comes with the AMD chipset, I read that Windows actually fixed that issue, and the Balanced power plan works fine now? Is this true? Or should I use a custom power plan like 1usmus power plan? My temps idle are from 50-60c and 70-80c with load (such as gaming), and I've read that undervolting the CPU should help resolve this issue, is this still true? Will I lose any performance if I did this? If so, I cannot find "CPU Voltage" in my MOBO, I can find VDDCR CPU Voltage, is this the same thing? How much should I undevolt -0.1v or -0.05v also what other bios settings should I turn off or on? There is a lot of threads about this, but I'm very confused due to the amount of back and forth, and it's just overwhelming. Thank you!
  3. The modem is a router/modem/voip in one that Comcast provides, I have tried turning on bridge mode, its what I usually have it set to. I do not have ingame problems, no high latency.
  4. This a fresh install, and now days old. It was just a random thing, I decided to do a speed test with a unspecific game minimized and noticed the speed, but it doesn't need to be a game, for example, discord can cause it as well. The independent router has been turned off, and I have turned off all router functions in the modem, even enabled bridge mode.
  5. Updated links that actually work, sorry.
  6. Hello! I have been having this issue, and I cannot figure out what is going on, it seems my internet just magically cuts in half if I use a application that requires internet, more specifically an example like a online game. I have done so much debugging, including calling my ISP, and my ISP (Comcast Business) came out and did a lot of work on the line, so I don't think it's my ISP anymore, however, I do have 2 other laptops, one with ethernet, it's the "family's" laptop and it has a ethernet port, I am getting full speed which is suppose to be 1gbit, but I opened a small application that uses internet, and it did the exact same thing as my desktop is doing, however this is inconclusive at this time. Since I am connected directly into the modem, I wonder if the modem is the one having issues, maybe someone can shed some light on my issue, below you can see what I've done so far. Reinstalled Windows 10 1909, Reinstalled Windows 10 2004. Updated AMD drivers chipset drivers, reverted and used a older version of AMD chipset,. Reset BIOS to see if some LAN setting got stuck. Updated my LAN driver (Intel). Disabled all power functions on the driver settings, including Load Offset. Disabled QoS services in LAN, and modem, router. Set modem in bridge mode. Attempted another ethernet cable. Connected directly to my modem. Attempted to Disable autotuninglevel via net cmd. Updated nVidia drivers, turned off freesync/gsync,. Turned power saving options off in windows, full performance Specs: [ Video of the issue can be found here: If anyone knows what I should do, let me know. Thank you!!
  7. Brand new cooler, with preapplied thermal paste.
  8. iCUE is causing my voltage to stay at 1.45v...turning it off fixed the problem, however, when running prime, or bench is pushing my temps up to 95c limits, I heard thats normal.. I also heard that I need to upgrade to 1903, but because LTSC doesnt have a 1903, i'm gonna be forced to format winblows !:(
  9. Specs: OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC (x64) Build 17763.615 (1809/RS5) CPU: Ryzen 7 3800x MOBO: Asus ROG Strix X470-F Gaming RAM: Corsair Vengence 32GB, 3200Mhz GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX GTX 1070 Gaming OC BIOS: 5204 Cooler: NZXT Kraken x52 I am at my wits end with this... I've done everything I could think of, I've even replaced another cooler with the Kraken x52, which is what i'm using now. I am getting ridiculous temps idle, and high load. I also see my core voltage always spiking to 1.45 (doesn't go down) (is this normal??) When running Prime95 or Cinebench, I am immediately spiking to 95c, and my core voltage is dropping to 1.2-1.1v, and i'm seeing my peak speed drop as well.. (see the second pic) Things I've attempted: 1. Updating the bios, and the chipset to the latest version available (as per this post: https://community.amd.com/community/gaming/blog/2019/07/30/community-update-5-let-s-talk-clocks-voltages-and-destiny-2 ) 2. Set my power plan to Ryzen Balanced 3. Reset the bios by pulling the battery. I'm also getting this strange thing, if I set my RAM timings by using the XMP profile, my computer doesn't want to boot. I have to set it to below 3200Mhz, and then restart, and go back into bios and set it up to 3200Mhz for it to boot at the right frequency. (click the images below, they're not showing up on here for some reason) (I think the minimum processor state should be 10%?) I just took a screen shot of what I have at the time. Any suggestions on what to do would be appreciated..
  10. The pump and tubes don't seem hot at all.. After reseating the base, and changing some ports, I'm still getting rediculous temps, I think I'm DoA.. I'm switching it out for a Kraken x62...

We all know the Ryzen 7 3000x runs HOT, I'm getting idle temps between 38-42c, but it fluctuates ALOT... I decided to run a prime 95 test with the Smallest FFTs, and immediately shoots up to 88c then goes up to 91-92c. and stays there, I notice the fans run really fast, and but the radiator seems cool to the touch. When I feel the pumps, they are vibrating which indicates that water is flowing through them, but I'm wondering why my temps are shooting so high when I run Prime95 (is that normal?) and also why the radiator is not heating up.. I also notice a noise when the fans start to speed up, I don't know if this noise is the fan inside the radiator (if there is one? I'm not all too familiar with water cooling) but I posted a video, any help would be appreciated it.
  12. bump, anyone? Tried 1 ram stick, same results.
  13. Yeah, running 5007. I just attempted to put one stick in, and had the same issue, reset bios via battery as well.. I've tried both B2 and A2, nodda... not sure what to do next.

So I just swapped my Ryzen 2700x with a new 3800x.. Before the swap, I had my RAM D.O.C.P set to 3200Mhz, no problem! Worked like a charm. After the new CPU installation, I'm unable to set D.O.C.P without safe mode post, nor set the timing manually.. I've attempted to reset the bios, redo it multiple times, running the latest bios firmware 5007... But for the life of me, i can't figure it out, any help would be great..
