I'm not sure whether this is the right section to ask this question or not. Since NAS is about storage, so I decided to post it here.
I'm buiding a DIY NAS server for my data backups and file sharing. I'll be running FreeNAS, Windows Server or Ubuntu on my server, I haven't decide which one yet.
Between Intel Dual Core G630 and Core i3 2120, which one is more suitable as a server processor.
Does the price of 2120 really worth it or G630 is enough for my server? Or you guys have any other better alternatives?
