Hi, there, I want to build, my own gaming PC, but never built one before, I have around £2000 to spend, please help with parts and build,

I want to build my first pc, I want it water cooled and powerfull enough to max out any game, please help.

was actually thinking of a large 4 k tv

No don't need peripherals, reason for water is to keep it cooler, and look,s better.
