so im sorry if im just and idiot and this is normal but when i unpluged my gtx 970 to plug in a terrible grapichs card to trouble shoot i noticed that one of the 6 pin connectors is missing a wire and the metal thing inside it would this make my computer crash as it has been crashing for 9 months when ever i play some games it usually happens quite quickly but sometimes takes some time to happen when it crashes it just restarts my computer and shows a solid color screen. im sorry for my terrible grammer and spelling any help is appreciated https://gyazo.com/db5bd07a0f8e11e9b9981563a499fbc5

i know its not the cpu or gpu over heating i just made it crash by using the vally and the temps of my cpu were 40 and cpu 70

ive figured it out how long should i test it for it usually crashes like two mins into a game

no i have not overclocked it i bought it of a site that makes and sends you computers and i asked them for help then they accused me of over clocking it ive read that if you underclock it it might help but i dont know how and dont want to fuck it up some how sorry for bad language dunno if its aloud here
