My Razer Kraken Pro microphone has been generating a lot of static. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this problem and eliminate the static.

Do you think that the xonar is better than this.

Is the xonar good quality ? And do you know of any good usb sound cards ?

I've already looked at that and nothing helped, and I've called support and nothing they said helped. I may just buy a usb sound card so it will work.

The problem is that it does it with my back and front ports. I really doubt that both are broken.

Does that mean I should get a sound card.

I don't know because this is my first headset that is analog, ther others that I have used are usb.

Hey guys, I have just recently bought a Razer Kraken Pro, but I'm having some issues. My mic is onbly transmitting static and my voice only shows a little bit. This is unusual because it works on my phone, laptop, and other desktop fine. I was wondering if it had to do with my onboard sound card. My mobo is a GA-X79-UP4.

I've tryed talked to people and using skype call testing service, and now i may have a different view because it works on other computers. It may be my onboard sound on my mobo. I have a Gigabyte x79-up4

Just wondering why people stopped giving me suggestions ?
