  1. Yes a 970 or 980 will be able to max out most games a 960 might not run on max settings but still at very high. Look for a good brand motherboard(Asus/Gigabyte/MSI) Basically the more money you spend on a motherboard the more features it will have eg. More USB/Sata ports or more PCI-E slots. so just look for one that suits your needs. If your going to be overclocking you need to get a motherboard with a Z chip set. (eg. Gigabyte Z97X)
  2. Yeah im in Australia . Thanks for the advice!
  3. Wouldn't say its terrible but your better off investing your money in the GTX 900 series Video Cards (960/970/980) 8GB of ram is a good amount you don't want any less and more is pretty much overkill for gaming. As for the CPU its lists a different cpu in the Product Details Section (i5-4590) And the Overview section to the right its says (i5-4570) so not sure about that, but either way a i5-4690 would be a bit better if its in your price range.
  4. Looking for a new monitor, this time i want an nice IPS Monitor. Im not a hardcore gamer so i dont need the extra response time from a TN Panel i just want a monitor with a really nice screen. What are some good choices ive heard the ASUS MX279H is pretty good any other suggestions?
  5. well just some quick advice when choosing a place to buy from, you probably want to buy from a Australian store, newegg is American and shipping is most likely going to be fairly expensive, i find pccasegear to be very good they are Australian and have brought products from them many times
  6. If your not into overcocking i wouldn't worry about it, plus it does void your warranty if you care about that. Your build looks solid, not sure about that mouse though pretty damn expensive for a mouse you can get a great mouse for $50 - $60 such as razer deathadder or logitch G502. Also are you planning on buying your parts threw newegg??
  7. I'm looking at buying a Filco Majestouch 2 and im wanting to know if anyone has it and what your experience with the keyboard has been. Would you recommend this keyboard?? Thanks
  8. looked at the Cooler Master store not sure if it was Australian but it says out of stock with every switch type, im assuming they dont stock them anymore. Amazon sell it but cost the same amount as the keyboard does to ship it here....
  9. Yeah ive looked at many stores in Australia and they dont seem to sell it(PCCG dont have it), ok ill have a look if they have a store
  10. Anyone have a link to the Cooler Master Quickfire Rapid with MX Brown Switches? preferably an Australian store so i don't have to pay a fortune for shipping Thanks
  11. I dont really want to do international shipping more $$$$ Yes that is what i am after is CPL Australian? also they are out of stock, im concerned they wont get more in because of the ducky shine 4 release though
  12. Hello people, i have been looking to buy a Ducky Shine 3 mechanical keyboard with white led and brown switches. Every website ive been to besides NCIX (shipping is $70+ so NCIX is not really an option) does not have them in stock or just down have them at all. i live in Australia btw. Does anyone knows if they are just popular and out of stock but plan to get more in, or they have actually discontinued the product due to the release of the the Ducky Shine 4. Im thinking it more the second option because websites such as PCCG have nearly removed the ducky shine 3 completely(they used to have a huge range of ducky keyboards) Thanks
