    Well then, Xeon 1231 v3, hyper 212 evo, Asus ROG ranger, 2 x GTX 970 / 980 (whatever fits your budget), EVGA 750 / 850W G2 PSU, Enthoo Pro case, 512GB Mx100 SSD and 1TB (or however many he needs) Blue/green HDD (or seagate)
