    I had the same problem to install CCC , i solved it with the ccc.reg file I found in a previous installation of CCC on Windows seven 64, you'll find it in: Program Files(X86)/ATI Technologies/ATI.ACE/MOM-InstallProxy . After copying in the Window Technical Preview registry , the CCC installation worked fine for me , with the latest drivers for my radeon 7800 HD .....
