Hello, I'm in a little bit of a dilemma about what 13 inch laptop I should get. i require it for university and mostly word processing and watching videos with the best battery life(all dayish). Hopefully one with a good keyboard and trackpad would be ideal as well as usb c charging (so that I can charge it with a powerbank if required). Budget is around £1300, so can afford the majority.

I have a 4770k.It is mostly less than 5% usage. But when I try to do something, it freezes for roughly 5 seconds, and then the action is executed. This has never happen to me before, so help is advice... Thanks for reading...
