Hi guys, just about to help my friend build his first PC. He has a budget of $1500. He absolutely needs a network card in there because his router is located in a shitty place that he can't run a wire to. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I have an old I7-2600 from an old pc that i was thinking of reusing in a build. Would it be worth it? I dont mind buying a used mobo off of ebay for it. Planning to get a gtx 1060 6Gb card for it

So i've seemed to have cleaned the residue off the best I could. Do I have to reapply any adhesive or compound on the black pads on the metal plates? Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it!

The residue feels like vape juice. And I have no idea how vape juice got on there.

Bought a gtx 1080 off someone. Noticed it wasnt performing as well as I thought it would. Took it apart and found out that theres vape juice on the card.... whats the best way to clean this off? I think vape juice isnt conductive which is why it didn't fry itself when I was using it this past month... please help... so stressed about it now.

Hey guys, I found a PNY XLR8 GeForce GTX 970 4GB GDDR5 Graphics Card VCGGTX9704XPB for $220, brand new, off of amazon. I was wondering if this card is still worth getting. I plan to build a custom gaming pc for my siblings. Able to play triple A titles at medium- high at most. Is this card still worth it, or should I wait?

I was thinking of getting the Gigabyte one because it looks nice but does it even make a difference on which one I get?

Oh, I checked it on their site and they said the gtx 970 and 980 is compatible

Has anyone tried this yet and overclocked their card?
