MSI and Asus both have 6 phases
Gigabyte has 7+1 phases
Asrock has 9+2 phases
But, the Gigabyte boards have dual Bios. So currently leaning towards the Gigabyte or Asrock.
Asrock has the most phases
Gigabyte Gaming 3 seems to be the most popular board i see on forums besides the Asus which i think is just because supply is better for the Asus
Gigabyte is about the same as the Gaming 3 as I see but has more fan headers and temp sensors
