Maybe a clevo barebone laptop where you can pick what you want? There are various gaming models with screens up to 4K from 13.3" and up, and lately they released a model that acceppts desktop CPUs (and AFAIK two GPU). If that's not enough there are more wicked models, like a 5.5kg model with 12 core Xeon and up to 2 GPUs. I used their Clevo W110ER and 11.7" with a quad core i7 was nice mobile performance machine
