Before i put the card i was running it on the Integrated graphics still no diff. if you missed the detail sir, Its interesting note that the problem is reduced when I direct a fan to the monitor. but it becomes worse if i decrease the refresh rate even though its cooled. please bear with me

oh ok so this is artfacting. any ideas on what causes the problem sir? about the gpu im currently running nvdia gt630(ancient) not overclocked. it is important to know im just waiting for my 970 within a month

The display is about a week old from purchase I tried every cable i had including vga cables but no luck. any ideas on what causes the problem? It still has the warranty included but i just wanted to know if something in my system causes the issue any opinion is appreciated. Specs: CPU: i5 4570 CPU COOLER: Coolermaster Hyper evo 212x MOBO: Gigabyte G1.sniper.b6 RAM: 2X4gb hyper x fury black PSU: Thermaltake smart SE 530w 87% eff its interesting to know though that if I direct a fan to the monitor itself it stops flickering at 60hz but if i lower the refresh rate it becomes worse.
