  1. You can buy Plastidip from Autobarn, pretty expensive though. Like $25 for a single can
  2. I'm keen to see if there is a noticeable difference between their "Flawless Esports Sensor" and my current supposedly shoddy laser sensor.
  3. PC Case Gear or MSY. MSY is more than likely cheaper and probably has a local-ish store.
  4. For cases have a look at anything Silverstone, mainly the GD or PL series, they seem to be the go to company for sleek looking HTPC cases. You could also look at some mini-PCs like a NUC, Gigabyte Brix or Zotac, if you aren't doing anything too intensive and external USB DVD drives are an option if you really need it.
  5. If you both own the game you can just play online through the game client. The only issues I ever had with it was terrible lag and occasional sync errors.
  6. Maybe make sure you have a page file as well? A friend had some memory leaking issues and changing page file settings helped it.
  7. I found these videos just coz I have a strange fascination with watching people open boxes, I don't even like computers. Why am I still here?
  8. I freaking love the shape of the device, and the fact that dbrand finally makes a phone customisable and personal is amazing.
  9. Hmm, I wish I could say for certain that it is screen tearing, but it looks nothing like it, I don't know, I'll have a look at stuff and see if I can figure out for sure what it is and then try and find a solution. Thanks for the help, I may turn on adaptive sync as well..
  10. So recently I have discovered a strange problem with my graphics card, I opened up Rome 2 Total War and set the graphics to max only to find the GPU usage at 100% and strange horizontal lines running down my screen while just sitting in the home screen. As well as this, my graphics card was making a noise that I can only assume was coil whine. I turned V-Sync on and all of the symptoms disappeared straight away, no lines, no coil whine and GPU usage went down to ~4%, I can't for the life of me understand why. This same thing happened a little while ago with Guild Wars 2, I thought nothing of it since it was just one game, but now that it happened with two I'm confused and intrigued. I'm running a GTX780Ti so I shouldn't have any trouble running anything. Does anybody have any ideas why this is happening and if there is anything I should do about it? Or will I just have to run V-Sync all the time, something that really doesn't bother me, I'm just curious is all. Any help would be appreciated, Cheers.
  11. I'm pretty sure its x16, I think the manual said the motherboard has 2 pcie x16 slots, so I assume its alright...
  12. Huh, turns out I didnt even look at the card before assuming which way the air went, shouldn't be too bad then. Cheers Yeah will do, I gotta find out if it boots first, fingers crossed...
  13. So, I have pretty much finished building my PC, and since the top PCI slot is sort of blocked by the CPU cooler, I put the GPU in the second slot, which means that the HDD under it is pretty damn close to the exhaust fan. Should I be worried about this and try and find somewhere better to mount my HDD? Or is it cool and should work fine? Potato pic for reference: http://goo.gl/ozcxjK Hopefully the link works...
