First of all im writing this at 2AM on my phone after scratching my head for hours (and I'm bad at English) so please pardon any mistakes. Some information on my computer: MSI GS60 CPU: I7-6700HQ GPU: INTEL IRIS 520 & NVIDIA GTX 970M RAM: 16GB 2600MHZ STORAGE: 128GB NVME M.2 SSD (about 2000mb/s+, is the boot drive and has all my main software on it like ms office, steam, etc.) & 1TB HDD (had a few bigger programs like Adobe CC suite, 4 games, etc.) So this is what I remember that happened. i was uninstalling Playnite, had Microsoft Visual Studio open, had a small download running and was browsing the web about something concerning the Visual Studio project. Suddenly, my laptop (MSI GS60) starts acting weird. my clicks dont register on chrome, MVS goes unresponsive, the installer wont pop up when I click on it from taskbar. Then (I dont really remember how) something leads me to rebooting and I think that it would be good so that it can close all the unresponsive programs anyways. I let the restart do its thing and force close mvs and some other stuff. I dont know how much time has passed but i get off my phpne and think to myself that the reboot circles have been turning for way too long. So I decide to force shutdown. This is where the nightmare starts. First ill describe a normal boot. First the msi logo shows up, after about 5 seconds or less, the tiny white boot circles start spinning. I let it go for a few more seconds then it goes on the loggon screen and i sign in. Almost instantly i can open any program. Wimdow boots as well as any other nvme ssd would allow it to. Now however, the msi logo shows up but no dots appear for a long while. I initially thought they never would so i shut down my comouter many times, held the power button for 20secs and even used the reset button on the side. After letting more then a MINUTE (might be 2) pass while contemplating the issue,, the dots appear (this is consistent throughout future boots). After waiting about 15 MINUTES of the circles turning and a black screen for another minute, i get to the logon screen, which functions very smoothly. After entering my password, a black screen welcomes me once more and I have to wait a few minutes before the desktop shows up. And when it shows, its the background first, then some time latter the desktop shortcuts. Some other important notes: Both my drives are recognized by the BIOS precisely I can enter the BIOS, bur its not instantly. i have to tap DELETE (my BIOS key) for close to 40 seconds before it pops up. But when it does, it functions well. Resetting bios does nothing. Resetting with button does nothing Holding power 20secs without ac adapter dies nothing When i do get into Windows, some apps are launched in the tab, but I cant open most. Settings opens fast, as well as some tabs like Bluetooth, but the STORAGE AND PROGRAMS tabs are blank when I try. Windows Explorer only shows quick access and the index is loading SLOWLYYY SO SOOW I NEVER SEE IT END. But it came close. No other program opens, even windows stuff comes up after a few mins Task manager took about 3min. (But ctrl+alt+del was instant) Also the icons of the shortcuts on my desktop dont work its just a white page. 5hrs later I tried to repair the system (took about 40mins to start the repair). I eventually got the diagnosis of system with he dots. But even after I fell asleep and woke up it was just a black screen. Now, I have a bootable usd key with windows 10 on it. Ill try to recover with it and if that doesn't work ill try to clean install windows on my ssd. Although I tried it before I never got the chance to go to the wizard and shut down after 10min of waiting. Might go back to sleep and wait. I will also rry booting without my hdd. What i thunk about this: -I dont think its my HDD, because last time it failed (like 3wks ago), windows would run just fine off the ssd and but would lag/crash when i do anything concerning the hdd/programs on it. Now ALL of the computer is just a pile of shit -I dont think my SSD failed, because windows does eventually allow my to login, some vparts of windows work like the start menu, etc. -i got a blue screen a few days ago but ignored it. So in addition to the hdd change, it makes me believe that something like my registry is beyond saving. Do you have any other suggestions to save my case? Thanks!

1. Please put your builds on pcpartpicker, its not hard for me to understand but it might for other ppl 2. Try to find a old/broken laptop/desktop that the hdd still works, I got 2TB free (500GBx3 and 320GBx2) 3. You really dont need that case something at 100$ is enough for only a cpu watercool rad and airflow just search well 4. You psu is totally overkill 600W is enough, even for overclock CPU and GPU

Hey so basically any program that I use does not respond for a slip second the restarts it like if my computer was tripping then getting up then tripping again. I know its vague so I did a video to show the issue : bad for the shit quality lel).I already tried to make a malware and virus scan but it didnt solve anything. I will probably try to do a clean boot if I get no answers here. I have a Windows 7 Proffesional (x64) pc its pretty old has a i5-520m and a Nvidia NVS 5100m

Yeah so basically I just cracked a laptop that I had on trial windows 7 professional for 15 days and reboot it and got the windows 10 popupshit. In an old WAN show Linus said the pirated Windows version will not get a Windows 1 free year upgrade thing but I got the pop-up that asked for the email. I already put an email address for the thing and it says that I will get a shit with the free 1 year trial by e-mail. My question is, is it just like a Microsoft scam and they wont actually send us Windows 10 or is it a flaw in there system? I wasnt hoping to get Windows 10 trial shit since ima get a pirated version of it anyways lel.

For exemple my mom has a business she started about a month ago (was a deals-with neighbors business before but now it makes actual real goodd income with outsiders coming (like 2000$+ every month and its still in our garage ._.) and I make graphics design and video for her company. I am even making a site atm that will be released when she get her new official store so yes young people can be productive. I dont get payed though I just say its for mothers day and when she will get her new store in june I will start getting paid. im 13, 14 in a month and do not have a setup but will soon. My computer could be 3000$ If I wanted to but i'm only going 1700$ with 4970k and 970 but I worked for the money exept for one monitor that my dad will buy. Any teen can get a 10$ an hours summer job and get 2800$ each summer so yeah. My dad said he would buy me a monitor because i'm really into hardware, gaming, video editing n' stuff. My dad could easily pay my whole setup with his job alone (about 200 000$/year income from work) but he says: You gotta learn how to pay shit on your own, which I totally understand. I do know one of my friends that gets 100$ weekly though (1 month=400$ one years=5200$ ) and I dont understand why his parents do that but whatever. But here are some reasons why parents would ''sponsor''(a.k.a give 5000$) a build for a kid. 1. Amazing grades (like 95 avg. +) 2. Hobbie 3. Birthday or christmas 4. Spoiled as fuck Also I dont understand kids that say that they get payed to do chores...

Lol i'm thirtheen and I wish I was as spoiled as you. You seem to not realise the reason behind your parents action. Act more mature and they may accept you, thats how my parents accepted me. Showed them that I wouldn't do fucked up stuff with the money and not abuse it cuz the only legit reason to use that much at your age is to do content creation if you are in a club at school or something like I do. You may not know but most of the parents would kiss somebody's foot for that amount of money so of course they would not want you to waste it on gaming, something that wont bring you far at your age. My parents put me a cap of 1000$ for gaming but when I started content creation they put it up to 1750$. Seriously be more mature. And btw you wont get your ''answer'' here since its not a ''defending kids from parents'' forum it a ''computer hardware discussion'' forum. You should deal with your parent on your own.

Hi i would like some speaker recommendation (bluetooth) than can project good quality sound throught a big house (1 storie of the house). I only know a lot on pc parts and some bit on headphones but not speakers so help. Also it would be perfect if its under 550ish$.
