  1. if you can boot to a cd try downloading UBCD it has lots of tools, including bios password recovery
  2. check task manager for any thing out of place
  3. make sure there are no scheduled tasks starting
  4. make sure your not pressing any combination of buttons that are minimizing it. eg. alt tab
  5. try starting up with 1 stick of ram if it starts than update bios
  6. I use autoruns to delete everything in scheduled tasks, its good for other things too, ie. turn programs off at start, stop process from starting, check it out, awesome tool.
  7. You can change the location of your documents. Start - "your name" - right click My Documents - Properties - Location Tab You cant install windows on ramdisk. it will get erased every time u reset your computer.
  8. Make sure its enabled in start up menu properties
  9. U might have to re-install windows, it's usually a good idea when u switch motherboards
  10. Until someone helps u I suggest you use CCleaner. Use the cleaner and the registry cleaner. check all the boxes
  11. If u can boot at all, re install windows
  12. R U sure its chrome try another browser maybe its your computer not chrome
