I can play with my system from day one without a lot of issues too. When I'm driving with the batmobile the fps drops sometimes to ~45fps, but thanks to Gsync it's only barely noticeable.
And that's using the second card only for physx, the sli profile is really bad, it gives me worse performance. The fun fact is that the second card reaches 50% utilisation sometimes... yes, half the power of a Titan X being utilised only for the PhysX engine in the game lol
It's really strange that the game is running so well for you with "only" 3GB of VRAM, the longest play I did (about 1h playing) gived me a max VRAM consumption of 8GB!!
