    you asked for a small build, the 350D is similar size of ATX mid tower size.
    mATX would consider the fractal design arc mini r2 which is drastically smaller
    in footprint and holds as much or more over the 350D.
     
    since you are considering the i5-k, any of the channel boards will perform just
    fine, all you need to decide is what connectivity you actually need.

    If you play CS:GO you should seriously invest in a 144hz monitor.
     
    The VG248QE is a little over budget but you will literally instantly see a huge difference. The game looks a lot better and it is a lot easier to move and shoot.
