    Best Java IDE program?

IntelliJ all the way. It took me a little while to transition to it from Eclipse, but now that I've done it, I don't think I could come back. And from what I've seen at many high-profile Java Conferences, IntelliJ seems to be the crowd's favorite.

First Time SSD Buyer (On a Budget)

If your laptop supports it, you could also go for Samsung's new SM951, got one myself for 99 pounds on Amazon. Relatively cheap for amazing performance. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-SM951-128GB-Solid-MZHPV128HDGM-00000/dp/B00VELD5D8
