  1. I have had the same problem on my Acer Aspire E5, I still have no idea why.
  2. That could be the case, I'll look into that.
  3. That could be the case, I'll look into that.
  4. I have tried reseating the RAM. I haven't done anything with the motherboard.
  5. I have an Acer Aspire E5-511-P2D6 that worked fine until I opened it up and swapped Harddrives in it. Now whenever I turn it on it won't stop restarting, much like in this video I have tried multiple HDD's and SSD's and the problem persists.

    Monitor?

I would recommend the LG 29UM65, the 21:9 aspect ratio is great for gaming(this is just in my opinion) and the panel is just a really good panel in general at 29 inch 2560 X 1080. I'm not sure what the prices for you would be for you, but I was able to get mine for $320 Canadian at Staples Canada. I also have a 970 and it drives this monitor with ease.
  7. I'll be sure to submit my 970 overclocks soon.
  8. It was fun until I got the #99 error.
  9. I have a GTX 970, 12 GB's RAM, and a Core I5 3350p. I just installed FSX and knowing it was made in 2005 I'm really suprised I can't max it out? Perhaps I am missing some updates? I am installing it straight off the disk so I could be missing some. You think that a computer that has parts that came out 10 years after release should be able to max out the game. Any explanations or suggestions are appreciated.
  10. I did my own case mod even today, got out the Dremel, cut my own fan hole, and spray painted it black.
  11. You could also get a fan controller or undervolt your case fans.
  12. I would either get a new case, replace the case fans in your current case, and bring down that CPU overclock a bit depending on how good your cooler is. I'm not sure whether or not you have a reference cooler for your 280x or not but if you do you could put your GPU into quiet mode at the cost of performance.
  13. If you are running Windows 7 the bottom line will not appear on any second monitor, if you want better mulit-monitor support, you will have to upgrade to Windows 8.1 or 10.
  14. Removal of the start button in the left corner, that now brings you into Metro, which is basically an entirely new interface, you have to rub your mouse on the right hand side of the screen in order to have charms appear, just so you can turn off your PC, go into control panel or basically go into anything. Also any Metro app opens in fullscreen, and they stay open unless you move your mouse to the top left, and left click and choose close.
