  1. Thank you, it's all thanks to the people who teach, like Linus
  2. Yes, it was cheaper here in Russia, and also past problems with AMD drivers made me go with GeForce this time, anyways the 960 is more than enough for me since I don't play heavy games,
  3. This build was in planning for a very long time, and now, IT IS REAL! Part list:http://pcpartpicker.com/p/bZGhQ7 Pictures: Big thanks to this community for helping out, Cheers!
  4. Good luck everyone!
  5. "Intel® Extreme Memory Profile (Intel® XMP) allows you to overclock RAM including compatible DDR3/DDR4 memory to perform beyond standard specifications. It’s designed to enhance the gaming features built into Intel® technology–based PCs. If you like to overclock and squeeze as much performance from your gaming PC as possible, then RAM based on Intel XMP gives you that extra edge you need to dominate—without breaking a sweat 1." That is what intel's website says, how come you say XMP is not overclocking? How big is the difference between 1600 and 1866
  6. The thing is, I've heard that overclocking may cause damage to the components, and Why i chose the K version then? well the K version is 15$ more than the non K and has a base clock of 4 GHz which I think is worth.
  7. can you help me out with something, the ram i picked is 1866 and the Intel website says that i7-4790K supports only 1333-1600, is that true? or did i misunderstood something?
  8. why, what is wrong with the AIO cooler? is not better than a fan? especially when in summer we get up to 40 degrees Celsius
  9. I actually had it myself, and still have it, Maybe its old for now, but that made me hate ATI
  10. The thing is, I had a laptop with an ATI graphics card, and I had this mouse issue where the cursor just disappears, and I did some googling and It's a quite common issue with AMD cards because the drivers suck, I dont want to take the risk, i dont game on super high resolutions, so its good for me i think.
  11. Edited the post, check it there, sorry for not including it originally.
  12. Edited the post, check it there, sorry for not including it originally.
  13. The thing is, as a said, that is the only PSU I could find that is good, the situation sucks, I can only pick what they have.
  14. Not really gaming, the main goal is editing on after effects and maybe some gaming here and there on 1080p is enough for me.
