Thanks for the info. I didn't expect to be rolling in cash by any means. Was just wondering whether I should bother listing it, or chuck it all out. I think i'm going to list it with a make an offer label, and see if I get any bites. If not, i'll just throw it out anyways, doesn't hurt to list.
