well not really. all cards have some sort of droop but the cooler isnt gargantuan like a Tri-X cooler so i shouldnt matter too much.

You really aren't going to have a good experience with a $300-400 laptop. There's a sweet spot for these things, and that budget isn't going to net you an experience that much more different from what you have now.

That's true as well. I think you could wear a headset over it. The band doesn't look like its fat enough to interfere with one. Still, I am planning on getting one. I have a gut feeling that something good is on its way and I would regretting not being able to experience it. (RIP my $600 )

Well honestly, I only spent 210 for my mobo because it looked good. And during the 1st week of November, I remember seeing 6700k listed at 329. It was on Amazon but it lasted something like 2 hours before it returned to 400.
