BerlinOnFire's Achievements

  1. I know I wont be getting the card, but... that extreme is still looking pretty sick in comparison to other aftermarket cards. Triple fan, check, LEDs, check, Black color, check. I could go on about how I would love to upgrade to one of these bad boys since the maxwell is just catering to what people want now, more efficient cards . Good Luck in the future guys, and thanks for all the videos.
  2. Most low end cards are trash, I said it and you can quote me on that. They don't offer price for performance and aren't worth your time. With that being said, you should really look into some of the AMD APU chips, have heard some great reviews on the A10 chips, but keep in mind the APU chips run off of high speed ram if you were really going to go into gaming or something like that. AMD is your budget choice, though in no way does budget mean bad. Your more pricey route would to just get an Intel (most likely an i5 ) card as most to all of them have an integrated graphics card that is able to run most things fairly well, these don't rely as much on high clocked ram, but will still want at least 8gb ( I do recommend this minimum for both ). WITH BOTH OF THESE CARDS YOU CAN ADD ON IN THE FUTURE, NEITHER ARE OUT DATED.
  3. Great deal on a GTX 780 Ti for $250 off retail! It is in fact a Classy! Great deal for anyone looking to get a new GPU or SLI. It also comes with Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel as well! http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487072 (I might end up picking on up myself, instead of waiting for After Market 980's)
  4. I know you probably don't want to see any more comments about waiting for the the GTX 900 series to come out, but you should. I would say wait just to see how the card stacks up against the Titan Black and 780 Ti. I already know one of the advantage with nvidea's new Maxwell cards is low wattage, allowing you to push it a bit further in overclocking if that is your thing. They say the 980 will try to keep up with the past selling price of the 780 and keep it around $500 to compete with AMD's options out right now.
  5. Check out this handy dandy video, it'll help you out a bit about the whole 'bottlenecking' situation and why you shouldn't worry to much about it.
  6. Watched you guys on and off for awhile now and am happy you made a large milestone in the world of youtube! Congrats you guys you deserve it!
