Help.
I have tried just about everything i know and i can't figure out what is causing my processor to run at 90 degrees full load.
The system is BRAND NEW (3 days.) and i have tried re-seating the heatsink, re-applying thermal paste, updated my bios, changed core voltage, fan speeds to max and underclocked.
I have absolutely no clue what's going on and at this point i'm too scared to even start up a damn game.
My graphics card runs just fine at 60 idle, 70 full load. Airflow in the case is OK-Good i'd say.
Edit: Cooler master 212 evo cooler. 6700k doesn't ship with a stock cooler from where i bought it.
Edit: Core voltage 1.075, 40 ratio @ 4.0ghz
Edit: I'm thinking the connectivity between the heatsink and processor is shit, but i already tried re-seating and re-applying thermal paste
Edit: Probably gonna disassemble everything and re-assemble it later tonight, any ideas before that is greatly appreciated as i don't really want to build it all again.
