  1. Finally got mine updated. Not noticed any difference so far except my temps seem a couple of degreed HIGHER than previous. Wonderful...
  2. Looking at the read me, it says you update both. However, i've had a nightmare trying to get mine updated. I get an 'Initialization Failed' error each time. Gigabyte software seems pretty bad. Let me know if you get this sorted and how it goes for you!
  3. MAC address, and if the ,255 ip is the broadcast one, then yeah me too :\
  4. Hi All, I have a DD-WRT configured router, acting as a client bridge on my home network. After a day or two messing around, I managed to get Wake On LAN (Although, I'm using it to wake the system externally) working. I woke the system twice and it worked great. Though i've noticed that if I leave the PC sleeping for 30 mins - an hour... It will no longer wake. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks, Pete
  5. This is why it's so difficult - I guess there's no single answer I think my best option will be to try all of them and check temps.. As there's so many variables that it's tough to come to a conclusion.
  6. And, in the second scenario, those fans would all be pulling air in... While the 140 on the back pushes it out? Thanks for the advice
  7. Hi all, Hoping you guys can help here.. I've got a NZXT H440 - A case known for it's poor airflow... Anyways, I liked the look and fell for it. I have a i7 4790k and am soon investing in a AIO cooler to start OC'ing, however i'm running stock cooler right now. Just wondering how I should config the fans? See my choice in the extremely scientific diagram below... One seems like it will give better cooling, wheras the other will give 'positive pressure'... However, if I go the positive pressure route, I think i'll be pulling warm air over the rad and into the case? :\ Not sure what would be best to go for, and i'd appreciate your help Thanks all!
  8. I found LTT as I was researching a new build. Ridiculously useful information and Linus is a legend. I watch every video
  9. I have a NZXT H440, So i've got a bunch of room in the bottom. Should be good. I think extensions will be the way to go due to cost/convenience. Thanks all!
  10. Extensions is an idea, definitely. This wouldn't adversely affect the power supply to the components in any way would it? The Lutro0 customs store says it's closed while they move premises.
  11. Hi all, I've just bought a EVGA SuperNOVA 650W PSU, and i'm looking for either blue or white modular cables (It shipped with black). I'm struggling to find any, so my question was, can you buy aftermarket cables for a PSU? Thanks! Pizz
