2Fast2Foxc's Achievements

  1. Thats what I was afraid of thanks anyway.
  2. I already tried that, i have also done the 30 30 30 reset, wps reset and everything in the asus manual.
  3. Today when I wasn't home the Internet went out and someone rebooted the router and modem. The WiFi is out and when I am plugged in directly I get this message: Settings have been updated. Web page will now refresh. Changes have been made to the IP address or port number. You will now be disconnected from RT-AC68U. To access the settings of RT-AC68U, reconnect to the wireless network and use the updated IP address and port number. I have tried resetting in multiple ways, multiple times, putting it into firmware recovery mode and I also tried a static IP. I can't even get the led to flash to let me know it reset properly. All that was done to brick it was turning the power off and back on to cause it to brick. Any ideas?
  4. Ok I'll probably end up doing that then. Thanks for the help.
  5. Thanks for the speedy reply and that's what I thought. Do you know of any other options i could go with?
  6. I've been searching for hours now and can't find what I'm looking for... I want to use Bitspower fittings for the great looks and for the large selection of fittings. My problem is that I cannot find 12mm uv green tubing for the fittings. However, I have been able to find many 1/2" (12.7mm) tubing options that come in the colour I want. Which leads to my question, would a 12mm fitting work with the 12.7mm tubing? I know I would be a tight fit (if it actually did work) but I have only been able to find people trying it with the fitting being bigger than the tubing. I would try it myself but I have already spent too much money on this thing and it is time to play the broke student card. If it will not work does anyone have any ideas on what I could use? I am heart set on the bitspower fittings and the smaller tubing. Also putting a die in the loop is a last resort, I would much rather stick with a distilled water, silver kill coil, and coloured tubing setup. Thanks for your help.
  7. This project gets me excited from even looking at the almost empty case. And I almost forgot to mention the picture quality will be improving when I buy my new phone if not I will borrow a good camera from someone. Either way this image quality is bothering me and it will be changed.
  8. I was hoping that an order would get here on Friday but it did not so I do not have all of my fans but, as promised, here is what I have so far (sorry for the poor image quality I am using an iPhone 4 and have no better camera options). The filtered intakes will be the front and rear of the case with exhaust out the top for positive pressure. There isn’t enough room with the standard mounting holes in the top of the case. With fans on the monsta there will not be enough room for tubing so I will have to run it out to the sides. To the front into the res and out the back to the other rad. I will have to lengthen the mounting points for the top rad in so everything will fit. I also had to mod the case to get the get the rad with the plugs to fit properly. Sorry for the extremely poor image quality… this is where my tube res will go. I have done a test fit with my old system and it fits very snugly in there but it will fit. I drilled holes in the back and will have more switches so I can control the lighting better.
  9. I wasn't planning on doing a video just pictures of the in progress, mods I have made, and final build.
  10. That was actually my original plan for the top rad. However, I measured it out before I bought my radiators and the slim 360 would have fit but with the monsta in the front there would have been clearance issues with the fan. As it is now there is only just enough room for the 280 rad in the top.
  11. I have started buying parts to do an acrylic tubing Razer themed PC. I was actually planning on posting a build log earlier but I was a victim in the FrozenCPU closure. The indecent set me back both in time and in money as I have still not been able to get my money back. Anyway, I am planning on being finished this build within the next year; as a university student I need to pace myself. The spec list for this build has still not been 100% determined but here is a list of what I have so far: Case : NZXT H440 Razer Edition PSU: Corsair HX1000i Fans: Noctua NF-F12 Industrial PPC PWM x3 Noctua NF-A14 Industrial PPC PWM x3 Water Cooling: Front Rad: Alphacool NexXxoS Monsta 360 Top Rad: Alphacool NexXxoS ST30 280 Pump: Swiftech MCP655 Res: Bitspower 250mm tube res Lighting: Phobya UV LED strips Bitfenix Alchemy Green LED strips Cables: Custom Paracord individual sleeving from Lutro0 Customs I will be doing the sleeving myself in the heatshrinkless style As for the parts I still have to get I still haven't decided yet. I will be going with a Broadwell based CPU and an SLI configuration. I have not decided on what tubing I am using; I have ordered different types to help make my decision. I will also be going with 1-2tB ssd storage then I will use my NAS for the rest. Finally for my coolant I will be using distilled water and coloured tubing. As it stand so far I have made a few modifications to the case so everything will fit however it will be a snug fit at that. I will be posting pictures this weekend of what I have so far.

  13. Don't overlook one-post-wonders; I have watched every video since October, just over a year ago... And I need a new GPU, the 770 is not cutting it for triple 1080p.
