I'm building a new desktop for my gf. But she doesn't know it yet. She loves to play games online, but her old laptop is slow and lagy. Shes been talking about getting a desktop and it's on her wishlist. A new awesome ssd like that would realy make her a happy gaming girl.

Thats what i found on Sonys site im on the laptop now, so i cant open it yet But im sure im on 5Ghz, it didnt appear on the list before Stange stuff

i do have access to my 5 Ghz network, with full speed and everything, 100 Mbps on 5 Ghz 77 Mbps on 2.4 Ghz not sure about the chip tho lll have a look the laptop is a Vaio, VPCF13S0E

I have a 4 year old Sony Vaio 16" laptop I just did a clean install of windows 10, and all of a sudden i had 5 Ghz support. Never had that with win 7. I even e-maild Sony about the possibility to upgrade from 2.4 ghz to 5 ghz, if i could chande the network card or something. Turns out, all i needed was windows 10. WHAT? how is this possible?
