When I stream my ping goes up to 800 m/s and i have a packet loss of 10% is my internet capable of streaming? i have 17 down and 1.15 up

I just purchased a new hard drive. I installed windows and started to install drivers. My mouse was working then. I installed the usb 3.0 driver and then it asked me to restart so i did. When i got back on the mouse wouldnt work. I tried putting it into a usb 2.0 still didn't work. I works the bios.Please help

I've been looking at monitors and i don't know what one to get. Asus has a large variety of monitors about the same price. Some are 1ms 2ms and 5ms for about the same price.Will a ben q monitor be better? Some suggestions please I dont know how 60hz will be with and 1ms response time?
