  1. The GTX 770 doesn't really make much sense on a price to performance standpoint, at least any more. You are much better off going with a GTX 970 or R9 290 (although you will need a more powerful psu). Ignore that - I just realised what you said
  2. 8GB AMD Radeon R9 290X? http://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-290X-Radeon-Internal-Graphic/dp/B00PC8RMCE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1419629099&sr=8-1&keywords=8gb+290x EDIT: Don't think there are any which come with WBs pre-installed tho...
  3. I'm not keen on those single fan radiators. In my experience, an air cooler like the CM Hyper 212 evo, or (if your budget will stretch) Noctua NHD15 performs better and quieter.
  4. What country are you in?
  5. It will decrease load times, so if you have a high capacity SSD (<512GB) i would go for it, otherwise it's not really worth the effort.
  6. Get the FX 8320 and overcloock it. The 8350 is just an overclocked 8320 and so is a waste of money. Also, I would move down to a 1TB HDD, and put in an SSD - this is one of the things that makes your PC feel much faster.
  7. The PC you describe will run 4K games, but you will have to turn the settings down to about medium, to be able to run it at 50-60 fps.
  8. The 970 is more powerful than the 290X, but costs more. The 970 will give you higher FPS in games, generally better driver support and other benefits for the money. If you are playing at 1080p, stick with the 290X, there is no point in spending any more money
