Gpu is out dated and can't do 165hz on my monitor 144 is as high as it can hit

I've had the keyboard since 2016 soooo yeah lol and the whole setup for months.

Hi I have 32 gb of 3600 memory but it says here the speed is 2133. Is this right? Or do I need to change something. I'm a noob. I'm running a ryzen3900x and a r9 390x just for reference. Please help. And please be nice

Hi there I have a EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G1, 80+ GOLD 650W would this be enough for a 3900x and a r9 390x I don't plan on doing any other upgrades for a few years or until my gpu cant run modern games

I don't have the budget for a after market cooler right now. But in a month or two I will. Is the stock cooler fine for stock speeds? I don't plan on over clocking at all even with after market cooler. Just keep it stock? Or should I still get a after market cooler later?
