    the cooler master silent pro m2 psu's are pretty good, however the only option you have close to rm in terms of price is the 620 which wouldn't be enough to power your system

    You will not have to go for a new PSU. If you don't want to spend a lot on the motherboard, the MSI Z97 G55 SLI and Gigabyte GA-Z97-SLI are good choices.

    It'll run on a 700watt probably a little close. I'd say a Msi gaming 5/7 motherboard.
