  2. Hi, We are NoodlePowered, a gaming community established in 2012. People within our community play all sorts of games It's a place to make friends and find people to play games with. We also host our own servers, currently consisting of a modded Minecraft server running a community-chosen modpack. While our Discord is open to the public, we also allow people to become a member (Internally known as Noodler) through an application form. Being a member gives you access to member-only Discord channels, and our whitelisted servers. (Currently being our Minecraft server). As a non-member, however, you can also find other people to play games with and chat with. You're just not as cool as the Noodlers! 3. Hmm yeah, this thing is kinda ugly hahaha, one of the reasons why I want to turn it into a nice combo. I'll have a look around to see what the options are. Bit of a shame most sites like Frozencpu and Performance-pc's are quite old and messy and in my opinion annoying to use. Anyways, thanks for the help so far.
  4. Hmm, I see. Bit of a shame though to have such a male to male connection. I'll go with something like this if there aren't any other options. Still seems pretty expensive for just a top, wouldn't it be cheaper to sell my current res + pump on ebay and grab a combo from EK directly? Idk what I could sell this pump for but I bought it for like 100 euros I think, and the reservoir for 50-60 euros. Now I'm ending up spening 50 for the res, and another 40 for the top.
  5. Hi, I've been looking to improve my PC in some ways, and I decided I want a reservoir-pump combo instead of two seperate ones. I especially like the one Jayztwocents has in his Skunkworks build, featuring the following parts: Pump/res-combo: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-xres-140-d5-pwm-incl-pump Res: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-res-x3-250 Combined into a combo. Sad thing though: The pump with that specific block on top is 'End of life' and the new models seem to feature a whole other pump. I really like the reservoir, because of the top with the two holes. Currently I have this pump: http://www.swiftech.com/mcp655.aspx Is there any way to combine this Swiftech pump and the EK-RES X3 to become something like the pump/res combo that isn't sold anymore? Thanks in advance
  6. Hi, Currently I have a pretty neat setup with Plex and all but I'd like to have some program search and download subtitles as soon as I drop in a new file. I've found Sublight and it's pretty good, but it requires payment now that my trial has ended and I'm not sure how long I'll keep this thing running on Windows, and how long this program will be useful. Question is, is there any software that would be better than Sublight?
  7. How beneficial would a setup like this be, if you invest about 800 bucks in it? Because I myself am thinking about building a server for plex and games and what not, with some 8-core CPU.
  8. Yeah I guess the packet loss results are because of Java, but it shouldn't be since I have Java installed, both 64 and 32-bit. When I mean resetting the network I mean rebooting everything. I doubt there's packet loss, I think the problem here is that some element in the network is handled by a somewhat old server in the basement, but it should have been disabled now so I think it's fixed. There were still some IP references to that server, and I think that's where it derped. Anyways, thanks for the help.
  9. Yeah we have alot of wireless things in our house, sonos, LG soundbar, headphones, tablet, phones, 2 wifi networks, etc. Yeah the setup is like that but I doubt there's actual package loss, it says there's a firewall that blocks the test while there shouldn't be any.
  10. Hi, So, at home we have a network that has a modem, 2 routers (one router is on the DMZ-port of the other, to seperate the network from the business/firewalled side), 2 servers and a HomeAir wifi access point. I don't know exactly how it is set up but I think one of the servers handles DHCP or DNS information for the router. Since a couple of days ago, the connection is really slow to start up, while Speedtest gives a low ping of about 6ms and 100/100 Mb/s speeds. Pingtest also works fine and gives a good ping, except for that the package loss test fails because of a firewall? Sometimes the entire connection drops out, sometimes it works for a while. Something that caught my attention is that when I experience the slow loading on my desktop that is connected to the DMZ-router, and when I restart the router, the entire router loses connection to the internet. Resetting just the router doesn't work, the entire network needs to be reset. Sometimes the HomeAir (Connected to the main router that is directly after the modem) access point bugs out and refuses to give my phone internet with some IP problem. Other devices still work on the HomeAir, but yesterday the tablet had the same problem of not being able to connect. My dad thinks the issues are related to DHCP or DNS, but he can't find the problem. Now, my question is: Is there any way to scan the network and detect at what point the problem lies? Thanks in advance
  11. Might give this a shot, time to grab the greenscreen! - Reserved -
  12. Makes sense. They invested alot in current technologies and mass producing OLED would yet again take a huge investment. I know there's already 100% adobe RGB but does that have the blacks of OLED panels as well?
