  1. More than 8gb of ram would'nt be beneficial for gaming but it would also not harm So if u have money to spend then go buy it. But for gaming 16gb is more than enough
  2. If you are going with a locked processor then going with Z97 is of no use(though it is cheap) A H97 would work just fine or just get a 4690k
  3. Any Game on 1080p at ultra AA off with decent fps
  4. I have a r9 270 along with a core i3 ^,^ It runs Battlefield 4 at around 40 fps at ultra The gtx 750 ti is a good card but the r9 270 is much better. There is no support for sli. The only benefit for going with a gtx 750ti over a R9 270 is shadowplay!
  5. The gaming performance of this build would be better and it fits your budget... 6. The 2 r9 280x in crossfire would perform better. But for future upgrade the single Gtx 970 would be better.
  7. If u r going to play on dual monitors then u would need more than a Gtx 660ti. U can go with a Gtx 980 or get another Gtx 660ti and run them in sli.
  8. What games u r going to play. At what resolution u r going to play at. Where do u live.
  9. This looks better for gaming. 10. Its your choice. It dependends on ur style. Gert the one u like. If u dont want silent then dont go with a H440 And the arc midi r2 is just fine. But the enthoo pro would be a better option. There are many out there.
  11. U could cheap out on ur motherboard. Get a Msi z97 gaming 5 would be just fine. Get A Wd black instead the blue much faster. And would suggest changing the peripherals would help in a better and comfortable gaming experince.
  12. That was my personal choice. The Gtx 980 form gigabyte is clocked at higher speed and will keep the card much cooler. But its 50$ expensive.
  13. My suggestion- PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/GGhJBm Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/GGhJBm/by_merchant/ CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($224.74 @ NCIX US) Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($89.99 @ Micro Center) Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($90.99 @ Newegg) Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($85.82 @ OutletPC) Storage: Western Digital BLACK SERIES 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($74.99 @ Amazon) Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 4GB Video Card ($549.99 @ Amazon) Case: Corsair SPEC-01 RED ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99 @ Amazon) Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($64.99 @ NCIX US) Total: $1231.50 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2014-09-20 07:49 EDT-0400 If u r okay with HDD speeds then remove the SSD and get the 2tb wd black instead the 1tb they are pretty fast. And for future proofing for 5 years the Gtx 980 would be the best choice. *correction* Go with the blue SPEC-01 it has the same interior as the 200r but with a cooler look
  14. Here u go. It will run all games at 1080p at 60 fps. And if u r not going to overclock your processor insanely then just go with a Cm hyper 212 evo.
