I personally enjoy the Formula series.
I just 90% or above isopropyl alcohol, and either a dry paper power, or a microfiber cloth. Be sure to avoid smearing any of the thermal paste leaking into the cpu pins.
Unless you are planning to do some serious overclocking, then you should consider a after market cooler, but if its just your basic gaming/video editing then a stock cooler will be just fine. Now unless you are also going for aesthetics then after market coolers would appeal to you more.

Watercooling the card wont bring the temperature down on the cards by a significant amount, and if your objective to get temps of 45-51 to 35C then you wont be able to achieve those levels by simply watercooling your card.
