  1. The Shure SM7B sounds amazing for sure, and its worth the money completely, but I haven't heard the rode before to be able to compare
  2. Found this article, it might be some help http://www.tweaktown.com/tweakipedia/18/overclocking-our-asus-pb278q-monitor-2560x1440-at-85hz/index.html
  3. Hey @LinusTech and @Slick and @nicklmg is there a GTX 1050 and or 1050ti video in the works? I actually have not seen much coverage at all on it and was wondering if that is because it is such a low end card that reviewers don't make videos on it. Anyways thanks in advance.
  4. I mean if you have a useless or broken one lying around
  5. magnets in hard drives are also very strong
  6. I don't understand how you are spending 1000 and you only have a 1050ti and 8gb of ram
  7. So did you try them by playing any games?
  8. Oh I didn't see that... Yeah he might have then
  9. They are not cherry switches which is a personal thing, I have cherry mx Blues and I love them, some argue that gateron are the same but I have never tried them in person to know, the thing about massdrop is that it takes forever to ship stuff, I bought my mouse from them and it was over a month so if you are set on that one I would get it on Amazon instead if it is the same price. With that keYboard I do not think the backlighting can change from that I thInk it will always be that rainbow color, up to you if you want that or not.
  10. You have the 2 GB model because it has to do with video memory or Vram, 2048 MB = 2GB. If you can screenshot something like GPUZ than you can tell for sure, but you specifically bought the 4gb? Make sure and check that you didn't buy a 2gb by accident
  11. I have heard amazing things about the mod mic, they actually just came out with the 5.0 which sounds pretty great for a head mounted mic, but if money is not a problem maybe you should look at some of the desktop Mics like some of the audio technica ones. For me personally I use a mic stand with my snowball so it is not in the way, and I can move it behind my monitors if I really want to.
  12. For 700 you can get a nice 1440p ultrawide if you want or a 144hz one
  13. Again what games are you talking about with this? Because I do not agree at all
  14. What games are you talking about with this? I have played games like CSGO and Overwatch which are competitive games and you can notice the improvement dramatically from 75 to 144
  15. Except it doesn't.... I have actually seen 60, 75 and 144 in person and I can tell you that the difference it much bigger from 60 to 144 vs 60 to 75
  16. Wtf are you talking about that is not true what so ever
  17. Okay I'm voting for 60Hz and here is why, unless you have g-sync on that monitor 75 hz is not going to look much better than 60, for a real improvement you need to be at least at 100hz with 120 and 144 being preferable.
  18. Ive seen tripods like this that have worked well for people, how are you planning on mounting it to the tripod? Since this has a normal camera mount https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-WT0352G-Lightweight-Mini-Tripod/dp/B00M78G2VO
  19. DDDR3L means that it is low power, the voltage is going to be lower than DDR3
