So I live in Venezuela, and the only ISP we have is very crappy with very high ping, so I lately I've been playing with my carrier internet, using my smartphone as hotspot device (internet sharing) the ping is very nice with it bla bla bla the thing is a few weeks ago I could swap between my normal network (wireless or wired) to my hotspot network very easily, and would lose the connection only by a few seconds Now: I enable the hotspot conecction and I have to (repair) the network by clicking troubleshooting in the traybar icon, otherwise it won't connect and it takes a while which end in me losing the connection of the game and being kicked, why is this happening now? before it would connect without any problems, now it will display a yellow icon saying there's no internet and I have to repair it myself, same for when I end my gaming session and I want to go back to my normal internet, I have to do the same otherwise the internet wont be back, I have to repair it any way to get back how it was? I have not updated windows or anything so I don't know what is going on

I play at 1080p resolution and i'm not planning to upgrade my monitor in the future

Thank god I made this question here, my main goal was to launch games faster, booting faster programs too like Photoshop, but seems like I will be better with a 850 Evo of 500GB, thanks for the info mate

I thought that NVMe SSD's were way faster than SATA SSD's for games or boot OS timing, what a disappointment

I never had a M.2 SSD I heard they are fast as hell, but I believe I read somewhere that larger the capacity the faster the SSD is this true? I currently have a 850 Evo 250 GB but I feel its very small for current games so I'm between: Samsung 960 EVO 250 GB = $128 Samsung 960 EVO 500 GB = $248 Samsung 960 PRO 512 GB = $289 selling in my country is not good idea, so I will keep the 850 EVO, might use it for other games and go with the 250 GB version to save money? or just go with the 960 PRO, is it really that fast comparing to the 960 EVO? what do you guys think?

So I have two PC's in my room my girlfriend and I play Dota 2 every night on the same server but different matches, I been noticing a lot of lag these days, today the lag was unbelievable I check my -ping and it says 350 I ask her to do the same and her ping is 160 (What The hell?) both PC's are wired, on the same modem Both PC's have Windows 10 Windows Defender and Firewall turned off I tried to change my network from wired to wireless and its the same What the hell is going on why I'm all laggy and she's not? lot of lag spikes sometimes I even get like 1 or 2 solid seconds of disconnection

I can't get a mobile console in Venezuela, I would get robbed in no time, also I'm not interested in any nintendo exclusives and the controllers look very cheap IMO

I'm reading and reading and this is becoming worse, I always used my anti-static wrist strap in a painted surface of my case, never with the PSU connected/plugged (also my wall sockets don't have ground wire) in I guess all this time I been lucky about not frying my pc parts
