It could be some kind of malware program which is running in the background, eating up all your memory. I had that happen to me - I would leave my PC at somewhere around 25-30% RAM usage and come back with it amped up to somewhere around 85-90% with no apparent reason. After a little while I figured out it was some weird program called Youtube Accelerator, which apparently had been installed alongside another program without my knowledge. Unintalling and removing every part of the program plus a restart managed to fix my problem. I hope you figure it out
