If I go intel, I need a new mobo which is fun, but if I do what intel processor should I get?

I currently have an AMD FX 6300 at stock speed with stock cooler. I want a new processor. FX 8320 or amd fx 8350. I will also be getting a 212 evo cooler. My max price is $250 CAD. I was thinking a320 then OCing to 4 ghz. Any advice would help but only AM3+ and I have a Gigabyte G1 GTX 970. I play CSGO and GTA V and I would like more fps in both. I get around 50 in gta and 150 in csgo. I would like 60+ in gta and 200+ in csgo. Also I would like to be future proof.

I am switching from Console to PC and can barely afford to build the PC I want so winning the r9 270x would make me the happiest guy alive. In Canada the prices are so much higher compared to the US and I'm only 13. I have a paper route and am still trying to afford all the parts. -Gabe
