Yes ofc they can get a 980 much cheaper nowadays. I will be able to sell it pretty fast due to a pretty big difference in price compared to a 1070. Some ppl can´t afford more than a 970 for example, and to buy a used 980 for around the same price will be a better option
OI!
Need some feedback regarding this topic. I will eventually upgrade my GTX 980 (reference, Zotac, 7 year warranty) to a GTX 1080. Should I do it now, before more people do the same, decreasing the overall value of the 980?
What would you do?
I´m looking to sell my computer and the question is: would it be better to sell it part by part or as a package? If I sell it as a package, what do you think it´s worth?

The problem is that you are going for standard ATX. If you wanna go fo a cheap ATX type case, the size will always be "standard" as far as I can see. Do you have a price limit?
I´d say it comes down to how much time you spend on cable management. Going for a smaller, modular PSU and using minimum amount of HDD´s will result in a more tidy build and less airflow restrictions.
And as mentioned in earlier posts; get a tower cooler if you have the space for it, and use a push-pull config - that will help with the "airflow-tunnel". A blower-style GPU might also help with temps, but that will also be way louder.
From Microsoft Store:
What size USB flash drive is required?
You need a USB flash drive with a minimum of 4 GB of free space.
- Guess you need more... but try and see. Here is a link to the site where you can download the tool for making the USB-copy of the installation files:
