isdouble got a reaction from Aqkchua in Overclocking 2 gpus in SLI at different speeds?
If you are in SLI configuration with 2 different clock speeds, your PC will end up using the lower clock speed GPU.
Example, one is clocked at 1300 Mhz and the other one is clocked at 1500 Mhz, your 1500 Mhz will downclock itself to match the 1300 Mhz.

Click on the "pursuit camera tests"... see how the different response times manifest themselves, as here is a direct comparison between the two.
"response time" means PIXEL response time and has to do with ghosting... and NOTHING to do with lag of whats going on.... .............. you knew that right?
Imperceptible difference in ghosting is the only difference between these monitors...
oh... and of course the fact that you can barely see the game on the TN garbage.
isdouble got a reaction from ATLASINCARNATE in Acer XB270HU BPRZ With G sync?
It looks like the right one but if you don't feel comfortable, go to Newegg and order one right now. They are accepting back orders so once they get it in inventory, they'll start shipping away from the order received. I just ordered one right now. Bye bye $900.
isdouble got a reaction from T.Vengeance in To anyone with an Engineering degree
Yes, ME is a safe option but if your interest is in Aerospace, do not hesitate and change your major.
It's a mistake to study and work on something that you are not interest in.
Another route would be finish as a ME and work with an Aerospace company (I'm doing this currently) and expand your interest and knowledge.
It isn't hard to find a job with an Engineering degree but let me tell you this, MOST of my colleagues with ME degree works with Aerospace companies.
