  1. So I've decided to go with my 980 SLI setup but it doesn't work, I've tried every solutions and been on google for straight 2 days but still nothing. Here's a list of what I've done - Both of the card is working properly (already test individualy with the top PCiE lane) - Uninstall / Reinstall (completely remove) graphics driver - I plugged in my sound card on the second PciE lane which is work fine but when I plugged in 980 it doesn't work, the display doesn't show anything - When I have both of my cards installed, I couldn't find the card either in Device Manager or in my Motherboard Bios ( in bios ==> second Pcie lane not present) - I tried to flip the SLI bridge, change to another SLI bridge (The EVGA SLI PRO v2, which is light up but still nothing) - Tried fresh windows install to another HDD but still doesn't work => My Mobo which is pretty sure support both SLI and CFX ready top lane PCIE 3.0 x16/x8 second lane PCIE 3.0 x8/x6 PLEASE HELP ME, I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR A WEEK, I DON'T WANT TO WASTE MY MONEY FOR ANOTHER 980 THAT I BOUGHT <====> My Specs: <====> Asus ROG Maximus Hero VII Motherboard Intel i5-4690 CPU Corsair H60 Water Cooler for cpu x2 EVGA Geforce GTX 980 SC ACX 2.0 x4 4GB Corsair Vengeance RAM (16GB total) Asus DVD Player Corsair RM 1000W Gold PSU Samsung EVO 850 250GB SSD 2TB WD HDD Black Edition 2TB WD HDD Green Edition Windows 8.1 Pro x64 Cooler Master Storm Trooper Case

I was playing on console for 2 years from the PS3 and PS4, and then I start moving to PC because I found it can do better than the console, so I started to figure out all of the parts need to build my gaming PC. So I talk my friend then he told me to look for LinusTechTips, then I found your channel. I built my first gaming PC from all of your tips + review video, love how u do the unboxing + review, make it really clear for ppl to understand, the pros and cons of the product ^__^ thx Linus and congrats for your milestone. P/s: I should post this 5 days ago when your video came out but I was too busy w/ my school so yeah, hope it's not too late
