Well its not really a special Intel chip. It's just a 4790k. Its a chipset feature though that is enabled through the bios (however only Asrock seems to be the only manufacture who has it enabled z77 z97 and x99 has been tested on hardforum.) The riser is from ameri-rack this one specifically.

Hey guys! Thanks for the interest! Nice to see people from ocn here too! Yes I am a using a special riser in conjunction with an Intel chipset function that enables bifurcation, splitting the pcie lanes from x16 to x8x8
